14 days, full refund

If a book or print from Coin Atlas isn't for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of buying and you'll get a full refund. You don't have to give a reason, and it doesn't matter whether you've downloaded the files.

How to ask

• Email [email protected] with the email address you bought with, or your order number from the receipt.
• Or use the link in your receipt email to contact Paddle, our reseller, directly.

How it's paid back

Our online reseller, Paddle.com, is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so Paddle issues the refund to the card or account you paid with, including any tax you paid. It usually shows up within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

After 14 days

If something is wrong with a file at any time, such as a broken download or a page that won't print, tell us and we'll fix it or send you a working file.
